Drag 'n' Drop Component

I built this nifty component to provide an intuitive method for ordering a list. The component uses a hidden slider control and a gallery, along with some hidden elements and logic to simulate moving and reordering items. In reality, the items in the gallery are rendering different items depending on the dynamic position of the slider, relative to the control size.

There is already a great drag 'n' drop component available via the PCF library, however this is a lightweight and simple implementation that can be added simply with a copy and paste of some YAML.
