Digital Events Manager - Registration Form

The second stage of the digital events suite of products, this app allows users to register to take part in the event. Previously, the stakeholders were using Microsoft Forms to gather responses, but by moving to a full app solution, we closed the loop and automated data gathering at each step.

The app imports registration questions that are set in the admin portal, and presents these in a simple, bold interface. Question options such as defaulting to user profile details (job title) or utilising the pre-populated list of projects saves time for both admin and registrant alike, reducing the amount of inputs necessary.

One great feature of this app is the generation of a QR code at the end of the registration. This is saved along with registration details and allows us to greatly improve the sign-in experience on the day of the event.
