DAX Query Builder

I built this app to abstract away the process of extracting data from a Power BI report. This app provides a clean and friendly user interface to allow report users to quickly build data extracts without having to use the report itself. This is helpful in a number of ways, such as providing data access to users who aren't trained how to use the report. Users also reported that the app was quicker and 'felt better' to use than the report.

The user journey is simple - the user selects their dimensions (data granularity), their metrics (facts) and any filters they wish to apply. The app then generates the DAX query from these inputs and executes this using Power Automate, generating an extract that can be stored on SharePoint, emailed to the user, or sent back to the app to be viewed and downloaded.
