The access manager app streamlines centralised control over access management. A team of admins can set up and manage groups via the Power Apps interface, while delegated super users take care of day-to-day approval of requests. The app uses connected Power Automate flows to create Entra groups, if needed, or can accept existing groups as they are migrated to the system.
Functionality is further expanded through the ability to tag in resources that the group grants access to. In this example, Power BI reports can be selected during group creation. This aids discoverability as users can see which reports, tools, and data they will gain access to through membership of a particular group.
